• Train. Fight. Win. offers the most extensive variety of fitness classes and fitness programs in Tallahassee. Our classes are educational and provide an alternative way to workout from a typical big box gym. We are Northeast Florida’s only Bang Muay Thai affiliate. We provide a fun, safe, yet challenging environment for anyone and everyone from all walks of life. When you join Train. Fight. Win. you are not simply joining any gym, you are joining a tribe of warriors and a family. We offer courses in kickboxing, MMA, boxing, martial arts, weightlifting, yoga, and much more. We also provide fun-filled kids fitness programs geared towards building overall fitness, self-confidence, anti-bullying, and self-defense!
