• At St. Luke's Home Care Services, our focus is you. St. Luke's provides a full range of home care services for patients after a hospital stay or surgical procedure, or for those who are unable to leave their home for medical care and appointments. Services are available for patients who live within 30 miles of St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Lake View Hospital in Two Harbors and Community Memorial Hospital in Cloquet.
