About Us

• José Miguel Carranza Chávez, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician in Lufkin, Texas. After completing medical school at San Martin de Porres University, he participated in a residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Chávez specializes in helping his patients manage multiple chronic morbidities, and he speaks Spanish in addition to English.
