Everette Shaw, PAC, completed his Masters of Medicine, from Trevecca Nazarene University PA program in Nashville, TN, in 2001 and his Associates of Nursing from Madisonville Community College, Madisonville, KY, in 1992. He completed his B.S. Speech and Communication from Murray State University, Murray, KY, in 1980.
