Erin Collinsworth completed her bachelor’s of science in nursing at St. John’s College of Nursing in Springfield, IL, and her Master of Science in nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her focus is on providing quality care and maintaining direct lines of communication with patients and the healthcare team.
