Dr. Brandon Phillips earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He then completed a Pediatrics Residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Phillips went on to complete a Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
