About Us

• Ashley Smith, FNP-C received a master of science degree in nursing from Indiana University School of Nursing. She has practiced as a registered nurse since 2006 and as a family nurse practitioner since 2017. She has a special interest in mental health. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, staying physically active, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
