  The idea of WorkSearch came from CEO Kenny Berger who had his own frustrations with hiring in his other businesses. Going online to find potential talent became very frustrating and became a big hassle with all of the spam and scam, high cost, inaccurate results, time spent reading thousands of resumes and letting his competitors know he was searching talent. So he created WorkSearch with the following mission:

We wanted to remove the hassle and the feeling of being taken advantage of and create a trusting environment for our users.   At WorkSearch, the job poster and the job seeker remain anonymous on our site. So we have created a unique process of how to match job posters and job seekers. Instead of using resumes, we ask you for the more important information like; job title, skills, location, years of experience etc. We use this information to find the most accurate match and supply both parties with a match rating score. Also if there is no current match, leave your post and we will notify you as soon as you have a match.
