Women's Help Center is here to help you with your pregnancy options. The most common symptom of pregnancy is a missed period, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you are pregnant. We can help you figure out what's going on, and offer: free pregnancy tests; free limited, non-diagnostic ultrasounds (upon evaluation); counseling on all of your pregnancy options; referrals to community services; and information on STDs. We provide help and hope to women and families throughout Northeast Florida!
