Wise Warriors MMA & Fitness is located in Brentwood, MO. We are a gym that offers our members personal service, direction, and support that you won't find anywhere else. We offer the customized Warrior Training program (group personal training), as well as traditional group exercises classes: MMA Advanced, kids MMA classes, self-defense, personal training, massage therapy, & yoga. We also offer other fitness programs that are designed specifically for women only(in a co-ed environment). Our goal is to help our clients achieve a fun & balanced training program.
