Life is all about relationships and relationships are about control. As a physician in private practice for 33 years, I have watched just about every one of my patient's family situation succumb to increasingly negative relationship dynamics, my own included. What I've seen is a gradual, relentless, across the board downward spiral. Doctors fix sick situations, but the cure for this disease wasn't taught in medical school. Something had to be done to fix the problem. I gave up trying the usual things and prayed for a solution to my family problems and I woke up one morning with the cure. A game that would reward me immediately when I did positive things and penalize me immediately when I didn't. I understood it only takes 21 days of consistent behavior to make or break a habit, but needed something to keep me focused for 21 days. The Win-Win Relationship Game provides a fun framework that keeps both players on task for the 21 days required to reprogram their relational habits from negative to positive. The Win-Win Relationship Game isn't like any other game. You don’t carve out time and sit down to play. It is a fun tool that can be played whenever we are physically with our game partner or on the phone. It provides a positive way to control the other.
