About Us Mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution is like a symphony. The Mediator is the conductor and the participants are the members of the orchestra. Conducting is the art of directing the simultaneous performance of several players in a way which reflects the specific indications in a score. The Conductor acts as a guide and is responsible for setting the tempo, phrasing and articulation of the ensemble members in order to shape the finished performance. My role as your mediator is to orchestrate a resolution to your dispute. Neutrality and confidentiality are essential ingredients to the process. The key to a successful mediation is for all participants to remain open to the mediation process allowing everyone's primary concerns to be considered so a mutually acceptable resolution will be achieved.
