The more rooms you have will influence our cleaning estimate, especially extra bathrooms, but if you do not have a home that gets dirty quickly, you could also choose to have a certain number of rooms cleaned each visit - and then rotate every time. This way, each room is cleaned within a certain time frame, and you can save a little on the cost, as well. You may also want to think about the products that you want us to use to clean your home. Many people prefer environmentally friendly, non-toxic products (especially around children and pets). If this is what you want, please let us know before we give you an estimate, as that could factor into the cost of cleaning your home. Do you have special cleaning needs such as valuable antiques in your home? Do you have high ceilings and require a ladder to dust the ceiling fan? Do you have a dog that sheds on everything? Your home and your individual needs are very important, so please have a general idea or a list ready for us when we meet to go over what you want cleaned. We would like to be given the opportunity to let you know if there are any additional costs for some of your special cleaning needs, so that we may give you an accurate price quote, in advance. For instance, if there are parts of your home that are more difficult to access, such as very high ceilings, windows or shelving, we may have an extra charge associated with the use of a ladder, or difficult-to-access places.
