• Company Business:
  Action Property Solutions principle business is the purchase of single-family houses in the Birmingham, Alabama area. We are real estate investors. We are not realtors or brokers. We are investors that buy houses. We buy houses to rent out and we buy houses to fix up and sell to home owners. We also occasionally wholesale houses we have purchased to other investors. We like to buy several houses each month if possible.
  
  
  Company Operation:
  We buy most of our houses with cash. However, we also offer other flexible plans to both buy and sell houses in some cases. Regardless of a sellers reasons for wanting or needing to sell, we can usually offer a solution. We mostly use our own money from operating funds, but we sometimes use private lender money for purchases. We very rarely deal with banks because they just take too long to approve loans and sellers usually want to close quickly and get their money from the sale of their house.
  
  
  Property Types We Deal With:
  We buy distressed properties as well as properties in move in condition. We buy small houses in lesser areas and we buy large very expensive houses in very nice neighborhoods. We buy houses best suited for renting in rental areas and we buy houses in neighborhoods where there are mostly home owners. We work in all price ranges.

  Protection and Contracts:
  We handle all of the necessary paper work required to do legal real estate transactions. All closings are done with a closing attorney. All title work is done with major title companies with large well know underwriters for everyones protection. Great care is taken to assure that all documents adhere to all state and local guidelines.
