• About Us Celeste Kling and Nancy Wallace have been assisting individuals with legal issues since the early 1980s. We have been in practice together since 1992. Our practice areas include mediation, estate planning, elder law, family law, child advocacy, adoption, probate, Medicaid, special needs and disability trusts, and related Social Security issues.
