I will always place your needs first to determine what type of floor plan and neighborhood location make the most sense. 55+ adult living communities are “age-restricted” and at least one resident must be aged 55 or better. Noone under the age of 18 may reside permanently in the home. Guests and pets are welcome! Residents in a 55+ adult community must be independent. These communities offer no medical or personal care assistance. However, most of these communities are located near medical facilities, shopping, dining and may offer shuttle bus or van service. Adult communities stress independent living and provide secure, convenient, relatively maintenance-free environments for residents. An active adult community emphasizes leisure, recreation and creating a resort atmosphere type of living. These communities offer social and special events, educational and fitness classes, trips and travel opportunities, clubs and interest groups, and volunteer opportunities.
