• Transitions of Western Illinois is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that provides community-based human services, including vocation training. At our vocational training center, Community Rehabilitation Center (CRC), we provide job training to those with mental health and/or development disabilities. Our trainees perform "real work" for area companies while learning work skills.
