• About Us Touchmark at Harwood Groves is a full service retirement community. We cater to the needs and aspirations of active, involved people 55 and older. We are on a private, 14 acre, park like campus with easy access to the Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area. We offer independent living, assisted living as well as living arrangements for people with Alzheimer's disease or other form of age-related dementia with an onsite health and fitness club with heated pool.
