• Total Dynamic Balance Veterinary Hospital serves the greater Helena area and provides Complete Veterinary Care for All Creatures Great and Small. DVM's Tia Nelson, Kim Zimmerman and Deidre Loendorf-Ask treat everything from a guinea pig up to horses and cattle. Complete Care includes checkups and vaccinations as well as offering adjunctive therapies such as chiropractic, Acupuncture and Prolotherpay; Surgery performed on both large and small animals
  
  We offer 24 hour emergency care for equine and small animals. Call our emergency number, and the on call veterinarian will arrange to see your dog, cat, or horse at our clinic. For large animals that cannot be brought to our office, we have a mobile office that can come to your location and in most cases, is equipped to address your horse's individual and immediate needs.
