About Us

  • Todd Newman, MS, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing since 1997. He has been practicing medical and surgical dermatology since 2010. He previously practiced in two of the busiest emergency rooms in New Jersey and ran a full service Urgent Care facility for one of New York’s largest financial institutions. Todd earned his Physician Assistant Master’s Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Rutgers University. Todd is the Vice President of the State of New Jersey Physician Assistant Advisory Committee. He founded and has served as president of the New Jersey Physician Assistant Foundation. He also served as an Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Todd is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Todd was a clinical exercise physiologist. He earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in exercise science from the University of Delaware and Queens College respectively. He studied under renowned national expert William McArdle and has been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. His years of experience in the clinical exercise setting allow him to evaluate problematic body shape areas with both a scientific and esthetic eye. This background gives him a unique perspective on body contouring and sculpting procedures. Todd lives in New Jersey with his wife and two boys. He is very active in his community and serves in a number of volunteer positions. In his free time he enjoys attending his two sons’ athletic events, woodworking and exercising.
