Dr. Haffey is Board Certified in Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He’s a Fellow (FAAO-HNS) at the American Academy of Otolaryngology in Head and Neck Surgery. He graduated from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine and completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
