Therapy Providers of America, Inc. was founded by Mashkoor Khan, who is a Licensed Physical Therapist within the States of Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. Mr. Khan left Christ Hospital as Senior Physical Therapist to start a therapy contracting company, Home Therapy Associates, Ltd. H.T.A. At the present time Home Therapy Associates, Ltd. contracts over sixty therapists rendering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social work services to patients within the Chicagoland area.
