• About Us Here at the Silverman Law Firm, we are committed to client satisfaction, providing exceptional legal service, and dedicating ourselves to the protection of our client's interests throughout the State of Maryland, in areas ranging from auto accidents, to criminal defense, DUI's/DWI's to bankruptcy filings. Ms. Silverman has been practicing since 1993 and has successfully handled thousands of cases to her client's satisfaction. She is a 1989 graduate of Binghamton University, and a 1992 graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University. She has practiced at several firms over the years gaining invaluable experience in defending criminal matters that range in their degree of seriousness. She is confident in handling a wide range of criminal matters and is a persuasive litigator should the case go to trial. She is also skilled at securing a favorable outcome should the Government have sufficient evidence against her client. She has had success litigating and settling a a number of auto accident cases over the years to the satisfaction of her clients. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Virginia Bar, which makes her capable of practicing in all three jurisdictions in the Washington, DC Metro area. She is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She shows her clients compassion as they take the unsettling journey through a criminal case as a named defendant, or as they make their way through an auto accident case.
