About Us The Glen is a Life Plan Community designed to support older adults as they strive to get the most out of life. Throughout the various levels of living we offer, we hope to provide the comforts of home in an engaging setting. As a Life Plan Community, The Glen offers several levels of living in our community. From Independent Living to Skilled Nursing Care, we are here to support you and your loved one. As a Life Plan Community, residents have preferred access to other levels of living as their needs change. This offers residents and their love ones the peace of mind that whatever their needs are, they will be able to call The Glen “home.”
