Built in 1979, Ken Hofmann had the vision of being one of the bay areas premier fitness centers. Health and overall fitness has always been a staple for him and it showed with the years of playing competitive handball. Fast forward to 2017, the club went through its largest renovation, investing over 2 million dollars, improving and updating everything in the club. New paint, new décor, brand new shower and steam rooms, all new weight equipment, state of the art functional performance room and group exercise studio. We offer a wide variety of things to do, from personal training, group classes, a salon, barber, restaurant and a 5 lane, 25 meter, heated lap swimming pool.
