Our three steps are... Planning – As the leading private-event bartender company in the Bay Area, we know that planning is fundamental to creating an event that guests will talk about for years. First, we work with you to develop an event agenda, including ice chilled beers, signature seasonal cocktails, and wines recommended by our expert staff sommeliers. Next, we provide each client with a simple event agreement. All you have to do is review, sign, and return with a deposit. Once you’re officially booked on our schedule, we begin ordering the supplies for your event, including ice, alcohol, glassware, and garnishes. Finally, if your event needs insurance, we’ll provide you with an insurance certificate filled out with your specific details. Partying – Now the event preparation begins in earnest. We thrive on providing expert service through all stages of your event, which starts with arriving early to set up. We’ll prepare our homemade syrups for signature cocktails, create an inviting bar area for guests, and get everything ready to serve flawlessly. Once the event kicks off, our experienced bartending staff will serve your guests with the very best in beers, wines, and spirits – all chosen to your exact specifications and menu. When the event is drawing to a close, our work continues. First, we’ll make a “Last Call” and begin to close the bar area. Our staff will keep the most popular cocktails and drinks available as long as possible during the breakdown of the bar, so your guests can enjoy one last drink. Next, we dive into cleaning. We’ll leave the bar and service areas spotless and in perfect order. We go the extra mile during cleanup, to give you the very best experience possible.
