About Us

  • We represent businesses and individuals before the IRS. Reasonable fees and authorized to represent taxpayers 20+ years. Please leave a message. Licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 20+ years. Formerly with the Criminal Division, Fraud Section U. S. Department of Justice. We help businesses and individuals resolve income and payroll back-tax issues. Some casework can begin with a $1,650 payment. This pays for preparation of Form 8821, Tax Information Authorization or Form 2848, Power of Attorney. Once either form is processed by IRS, we download your and/or your Company's IRS transcripts, review the account history and determine the best course of action. After we determine the scope of the work, we prepare your service proposal. If you do not wish to continue with the representation stage, there is no further obligation. Note -- Form 8821 is not a power of attorney (POA). It only allows us to obtain information from IRS to determine the status of your case and determine the scope of the work that will be necessary to resolve your current tax issue(s). If you retain us to represent you, we will ask you to sign a power of attorney, and IRS will talk directly with us after IRS processes the POA. Enrolled Agents are are the only tax professionals licensed by the federal government. NOTE: Tax Solutions USA is currently operating as an online tax resolution company. When you call us, please leave a brief description of your tax issue(s) and your name and phone number.
