• Michael Vines established Structural Engineering & Inspections in 2000 to provide structural engineering and building science services to the residential community in the Middle Tennessee area. Since that time we have worked with thousands of homeowners, home builders, renovation contractors, architects and real estate professionals. SE&I's mission is to utilize our experience and knowledge of best construction practices to provide quality professional engineering services that empower our clients achieve their goal of acquiring, constructing and/or renovating residential and commercial properties. Established in 2000 by Michael Vines, Structural Engineering & Inspections, LLC, provides residential structural engineering and building science services to clients across Franklin and Middle Tennessee. Since that time, we have worked with thousands of clients including homeowners, homebuilders, renovation contractors, architects, and real estate professionals.
