Physical therapists shouldn’t just give you exercises and stretches. Many times your pain can come from a joint or muscle; be due to inflammation, weakness, or restrictions; or because of an inefficient motion. Our physical therapists will use their hands-on manual skills to get your joints and muscles moving again.
