I'm a independent owner/inspector and not a franchise, I personally perform all inspections- not an employee- and I work only for my client. I am dedicated to representing only my client and I will always act in good faith toward my client. I will not accept any compensation for my services from anyone other than my clients, and the inspection will not be used as a vehicle to solicit or obtain work in another field of business. For the buyer, I make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing. For sellers, I will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries of a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.
