About Us

  • Southern Oregon Orthopedics & Paragon Orthopedic Center have merged into one practice to form the largest orthopedic group in Southern Oregon. Our offices in Medford and Grants Pass, Oregon, provide a full-service, one-stop-shop experience, including on-site physical therapy, to address orthopedic injuries and conditions in adults and children. Our team of fellowship-trained physicians and orthopedic surgeons specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of conditions and sports injuries. Our physicians use the latest diagnostic technologies, including ACR-accredited magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), X-rays, and the state-of-the-art mobile C-arm fluoroscopy X-ray system.  At Southern Oregon Orthopedics & Paragon Orthopedic Center, our team offers customized care plans to treat meniscal tears, rotator cuff tears, and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures. Manual therapies and conservative therapies, like bracing and other durable medical equipment, are available to relieve pain and improve physical mobility.  Our orthopedic surgeons also perform surgeries to treat joint damage from injuries and diseases like arthritis in the spine, knees, shoulders, hips, and wrists. We offer minimally invasive hip replacements, shoulder joint reconstruction, knee and elbow arthroscopy, cartilage restoration, and endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery. Several of the orthopedic surgeons are actively involved in clinical trials for pioneering techniques in minimally invasive spine surgery. Through our spinal programs, our team focuses on preventing chronic neck and back pain through postural improvements, body mechanics correction, and pelvic stabilization. In addition to the on-site physical therapy services, our team offers presurgical and postsurgical rehabilitation services, occupational therapy, and return-to-sports testing.
