About Us

• Kelvin Presson is the owner and operator of SON Solar & Electric based in northwest Tennessee. He is a licensed electrician and certified by the North American Board of Energy Practitioners to install solar panel systems. ​ He graduated from the Solairgen school of Solar Technology and has have been installing solar panel systems for 5 years. The license and certification is required for the Green Power Provider Program offer by the Tennessee Valley Authority. This is a 20 year contract between the solar panel customer and TVA. For a total of 20 years TVA buys back electricity from the solar panel customer at a fixed rate.
