When noted, we ship in insulated containers that ensure quality all the way to your doorstep, meaning the items you order are delivered in superior quality and taste than what you would purchase elsewhere online. Since our smoked salmon is never frozen at our facility, you can order large quantities from us and freeze any additional quantities for later.
