Using infrared heat technology we can repair your potholes, utility cuts, trip hazards, alligator cracks, bird baths, high spots, pavement seams, manhole covers or failed repairs at an affordable cost by recycling the existing asphalt. Rejuvenator is then added to the old asphalt to introduce new oils to the process providing a long lasting repair. New asphalt is added the repair as needed. Even severely aged asphalt will soften when heated to (about 290 deg. F) which is the flow point of the asphalt cement.
