The Town Shopper cooperative envelope offers local businesses an opportunity to reach potential customers with targeted geographical marketing at a price based on sharing the fixed mailing costs with others in the package. Currently, the Town Shopper is mailed seven times a year to 130,000 homes which covers 12 areas in Trumbull and Mahoning counties in Ohio and Mercer county in Pennsylvania. Areas are broken down into groups of 10,000-15,000 homes, giving customers the ability to target their immediate locale or blanket the total market. Pricing includes the development of a marketing message, design, and layout of an advertising piece, printing, mailing, postage and follow-up results analysis.
