  • Dr. Gary Sinensky has more than 30 years of experience in the treatment of stomach, colon, and liver diseases. He graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1978 and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He did his residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and completed his fellowship training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has been an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UMDNJ/Newark. Dr. Sinensky is also the Chief of Gastroenterology at Hoboken University Hospital. He was the first gastroenterologist in New Jersey to use the Bravo wireless pH monitoring system, as well as the first to perform percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy for patients unable to swallow. In addition to his medical interests and responsibilities, Dr. Sinensky is an avid tennis player and skier, as well as a commercially certified pilot. He lives in New Jersey with his wife of 33 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
