  At Home With Shepherd is certified by Medicare and has a contract with the VA to provide home care. We offer a full range of home health services to those living in Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana Counties that can be tailored to meet your individual needs. You can use At Home With Shepherd to:
  
  
• Help you or a loved one recover from injury, surgery, or illness at home, supported by our rehabilitation team of therapists, nurses, and aides;
  
• Help with the daily tasks of cooking, cleaning, homemaking, and transportation;
  
• Provide a break from the demands of caring for family member(s);
  
• Give you peace of mind that your loved one is receiving the care they need.
  Our rehabilitation team works with your doctor to tailor a plan to meet your specific needs. We can also provide non-medical services to help make your life easier. Depending on the services provided, we will bill Medicare, private insurance, or private pay.
