Shales Case Management has been established since 2015. We coordinate care for catastrophically injured people in auto mobile accidents. We attend every doctor appointment to make sure what the doctor has ordered for you is carried out. We communicate with other providers on behalf of you. Our team includes registered nurses, those with degrees in medical case management and the health care field and certified case managers.
