  Founded in 2006, Russell Physical Therapy & Fitness is a privately owned, independent, outpatient physical therapy practice. Brett Russell, the owner, has been serving the Upstate for over 21 years, has developed an excellent reputation with physicians, former patients and the community. Russell Physical Therapy & Fitness has two locations conveniently located in Greenville, SC and Travelers Rest, SC.
  
  Russell Physical Therapy's staff is committed to treating the whole person, not entirely focusing just on the injury or diagnosis. While the treatment of the injury or diagnosis is important,
  Russell Physical Therapy & Fitness also believes in developing programs to aid patients in the prevention of further injury and enhance each patient's quality of life. In keeping with this philosophy, our Travelers Rest office also features a fully equipped fitness center that allows patients who have met their physical therapy goals to continue a life of wellness with an aftercare/step-up program. Indeed, the ability to continue with regular exercise has been shown to extend life, reduce pain, and aid in injury and disease prevention.
