About Us The Ross Law Firm, which I founded in 2007, offers a variety of services to business owners and individuals. We provide advice on new business opportunities and ventures (including reviews of franchise disclosure documents and franchise contracts), represent clients in transactions such as lease negotiations and sales of businesses, resolve and prevent avoidable disputes (including those involving franchise law and employment law issues), and zealously represent clients in lawsuits and arbitration proceedings. Litigation, in fact, is our greatest passion. Despite our small size, we have successfully battled big law firms in complex, large-scale matters. We have handled issues related to, among other things, franchise disclosure laws, franchise terminations, and royalties.
