• Established by Rolex Watch USA as an Authorized Rolex Service Center for the Southeastern United States and Puerto Rico, we have been providing Rolex Facory Service at our facility since 1970. Our technicians receive Factory training for new models, techniques, and equipment to ensure the highest level of service to meet Rolex standards. Serving both Jewelers and private watch owners, our technicians perform warranty repairs and complete factory overhauls for your time piece. New world wide sales warranty repairs and complete overhauls are performed at our facility by factory trained technicians. Using the most advanced testing equipment ensures the movement of your Rolex timepiece will perform accurately. Only genuine Rolex parts, lubricants, and equipment are used in our facility. Your case and bracelet are then expertly refinished and ultrasonically cleaned to restore luster. The watch case is rigorously tested to ensure it meets pressure-resistance requirements. The three-step process - a vacuum test, a compression test and a condensation test - will reveal the presence of even the smallest amount of moisture inside the case. A two year factory service warranty is issued for complete overhauls that is honored worldwide. Estimates are performed at no charge, with the exception of shipping cost.
