ROGER R KASNY is admitted to practice in Illinois. He has been practicing since 1975 and maintains his office in McHenry, Illinois. He is a former Tax Prosecutor. He has also authored and edited a number of legal tax publications, and delivered numerous speeches on tax problem resolution. Since his first IRS case he has been successfully representing taxpayers before the IRS, state and local tax authorities.
