If you’ve ever called a carpet cleaning company to get information or schedule an appointment, you know how frustrating it can be. Most carpet cleaning company office staff are not very knowledgeable and are unprepared for your questions. My wife and office manager Debbie has years of on-the-job experience and is a certified carpet and upholstery cleaning technician herself. She’s been working in the office since March of 1994. She is also my business partner of 16 years. She has the rug business, “in her blood” as she is of royal Armenian decent (Khachederian is her great grandfather’s Armenian name. He escaped the genocide of the early 20th century). Debbie is our resident rug cleaning expert. Debbie is very detail oriented and leaves no fiber unchecked. She is the overseer of quality at our facility and that’s very good for you! Debbie grew up in Peoria, Illinois but moved to Colorado in 1982. She loves the mountains as much as I do, and is delighted to live and work here. When you call my office, you will get to speak with a live person who provides GREAT customer service, (Maybe even Debbie!) and is very pleasant to do business with. We will answer all your questions and concerns and give you a realistic idea of what you can expect. The most important thing to know about us is that we absolutely, unconditionally guarantee all of our work. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll make it right, or your job is FREE! That’s a bold statement, but it’s the way we’d want someone to treat us if we were dealing with a service professional, and we don’t think you should expect anything less! The only time you will ever get an answering machine is when we are on the other line or out of the office, and we are electronically notified immediately upon receiving any messages, so we return messages promptly… usually within 15 minutes or less!
