Rock Bottom Paving is located in Felton, DE, but serves the entire East Coast. We will travel and take on big projects to meet your needs with integrity and high quality service. We are the 5th generation of the company and expanded to serve the entire East Coast in 1989. We have updated our equipment with advances in technology, but rest assured we have an original team member on every job site. We are home improvement licensed and insured. We pave roads, parking lots, and driveways as well as offer tar and chip sealing, sealcoating, asphalt repair and grading, and tree removal. Additional services include yard design, demolition, hauling and delivering, power washing, and paving industrial complexes, apartment complexes, shopping centers, golf cart paths, and private roads. We also install drains and drain ponds. We have a large photo portfolio of our past work; a major client included Hopkins Automotive. If you need a deck around your pool, we can pave that for you as well. We are all about providing quality on every job with state-of-the-art equipment. We are a very friendly, family-oriented company. We are not the cheapest, but quality is not cheap and cheap is not quality.
