• Independent Living Resource Center, Inc. (ILRC) is a consumer controlled, not-for-profit agency that provides community-based services for persons with all types of disabilities. Independent Living Resource Center,Inc. promotes a barrier-free environment, free of both architectural and attitudinal barriers that place limits on the independence of persons with disabilities. ILRC encourages greater independence for persons with disabilities within our community.
