About Us

• Scott Szymanski is a licensed contractor who employs a capable crew of roofers with years of experience in both North and South Carolina. We carry applicable workers compensation and general liability insurance for every project. While our office is located in the Upstate of South Carolina, we take on projects across the Carolinas based on generous referrals by satisfied customers. Scott began his construction career in exterior work like roofs, chimneys, and stonework while excelling at general home renovation and repair. Scott is the former fire chief of his town's fire department, an organization that serves and protects a population of 9,000 residents and their homes and businesses. Scott worked as a firefighter for over 20 years. Born in New York state, he's a country boy at heart and is equally at home on tractors, fire trucks, motorcycles and ladders. Scott and his wife Sylvia have five kids, three grandchildren, and one Great Dane.
