Mission statement: The mission of Rescue the World, Incorporated is to provide humanitarian relief during disasters and to promote economic independence around the world. Our History: The Rescue the World, Incorporated is a Texas-based international nonprofit organization that was found by people who have experienced disasters in their lives and wanted to help others who are experiencing it. Majority of these people were poor at the time they experienced disaster, and had limited resources. These people were helped by others during the disasters. The experience of being a disaster victim, poor, and relief aid recipient led to a unity and desire to help others around the world that are poor and in crisis. To date, Rescue the world board of directors is comprised of individuals who has experienced crisis in their life, and of diverse ethnicity.
