I’ve been representing buyers and sellers in Mancos and the greater Montezuma County area since 2000. My philosophy is pretty simple: Work hard for my clients and good things will happen for everyone. It’s been said about the real estate business, that every day is a “school day”- meaning that the market is ever changing and that there is always something new to learn. I have certainly found that to be true and feel great about the experience that I’ve acquired and the things that I have learned. However, I’m not complacent. I do my best to continue to observe and understand our local marketplace and the practice of real estate. I recently completed coursework and study requirements necessary to be accredited as a certified Eco-Broker and Certified Negotiation Expert.
