• About Us Attorney Sarah S. Rama is a legal practitioner and founding partner of Rama Law & Associates, P.C., who has developed an innovative and unique practice utilizing the European, “Studio Legale,” which takes a holistic approach to each client and case. Attorney Rama developed a deep understanding of these practices.
  
  Attorney Rama learned that one of the most important aspects of international business is adaptation to various business and client cultural differences throughout the international community.
  
  Attorney Rama has an impressive educational background, graduating from New England School of Law in 2001, then going on to earn her Master of Law, LL.M, from Suffolk Law School in 2007 with a specialty in International Law & Finance. Her passion for education goes much further than her degrees, as she has spent the last five years as an adjunct professor at Endicott College in Beverly, MA.
  
  Attorney Rama is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the United States District Court and Court of Appeals. Attorney Rama is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association.
  
  Prior to establishing RamaLaw & Associates, PC., Attorney Rama held positions in the areas of Corporate Governance and Securities Law with Century Capital Management as Associate Counsel, Citigroup/BISYS Legal Services as an Assistant Counsel. Attorney Rama served as primary counsel for high net worth clients. As Secretary of the Fund or Assistant Secretary of the Fund to Capital One Funds and HSBC Bank.
  
  Both pleasant and grounded, Attorney Rama is not what you’d expect from a typical “button down” business attorney. She is the first tell a joke. Far from boring, she enjoys international travel (for both business and leisure), a nice glass of wine, and would prefer to be working in a comfortable pair of jeans than a business suit. Her love and passion for the immigration community she serves is immediately seen upon your first meeting and her tireless pursuit of the best start for her clients in the Unites States is how she built a firm from her dining table one client at a time. Attorney Rama has created a firm built on the unique model of friendships with her clients and respected partnerships that help her be the best advocate for her clients.
