• Salvadoran Food at it's best! Pupusas Mama Tita is the most authentic, hot fresh Pupusas in town. Pupusas are a traditional dish from El Salvador. Pupusas are corn tortillas with a filling - usually cheese (pupusas de queso), beans, and/or Salvadoran-style chicharrn (finely ground pork). A pupusa revuelta has all three fillings. Pupuasas are cooked on a griddle, and served with a pickled cabbage slaw called curtido and thin tomato sauce (salsa roja). No other Dallas area restaurant has what we offer. The food is made to order and full of the spices known to Latin America. El Salvador food is probably the most popular export among the Central America cuisines.
